Service Description

Before the big leagues, there's Pre Team - the stepping stone that transforms tentative swimmers into confident, skilled athletes. Designed for kids who are ready to take their abilities to the next level, this program hones technique across all four competitive strokes so they'll be primed for success when they join the big team. With a focus on proper form, stroke mechanics, diving starts and endurance, Pre Team lays the foundation for a lifetime of swimming excellence. To qualify for the pre-team you must know all fours strokes and be able to swim one lap for each stroke. If you don’t qualify for our pre-team you can join our advanced lessons until we get you up to speed. - 5 Hours of swimming practice per week plus the option of practicing an additional 5 hours at our Morristown location. The great thing about this membership is that you get to make up your own schedule and practice as much as you want! Membership: $250 a month + $100 annual registration fee
